Terms & Conditions for Matterport Scanning Services
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of Matterport scanning services offered by Marasi Media ("we," "our," "us"). By using our services, clients ("you," "your") agree to these terms, including any future amendments or modifications. It is important that you review these terms carefully before availing of our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide Matterport 3D scanning services to capture immersive virtual tours of properties, which can be integrated into various platforms such as Booking.com, real estate websites, and other media. Our services include the initial 3D scan, post-production, and hosting of the final scan.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Service Fee
The pricing for our services is based on the scope of the project, including but not limited to:
Property size
Complexity of the scan
Location
The standard fee for a basic Matterport scan is €89, which includes:
One 3D scan of the property
Delivery of the scan link
3.2 Hosting and Storage Fees
The initial price does not cover ongoing hosting and storage of the 3D scan on the Matterport platform. Hosting fees will be charged separately based on the duration the scan is hosted. Our hosting fees are as follows:
First 6 months: Free of charge
After 6 months: Hosting fees will be €3 per month (paid upfront for agreed period)
Any hosting fees will be invoiced separately after the initial free hosting period and are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
4. Additional Services
4.1 Integration Assistance
If you require assistance integrating the Matterport scan into platforms like Booking.com, Google, AirBnB or your own website, we offer integration support at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote on these services.
4.2 Changes and Modifications
Any additional scans, modifications to the existing scan, or post-production work requested after the delivery of the initial scan will be billed separately. A quote for such services will be provided beforehand.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights
The 3D scans and associated digital media produced remain the property of Marasi Media until full payment for both the service and any ongoing hosting fees is received. Once paid in full, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the scan for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel the service before the scan takes place with no charge. After the scan is completed, refunds will not be available due to the digital nature of the service. Hosting fees are non-refundable once invoiced and paid.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate and high-quality services, but we are not responsible for any third-party platforms' inability to integrate or display the scan as expected. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the scan fits their needs before requesting integration.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
